Believe Greater Dalton Launches New Website and Discover Dalton Pass to Help Residents Explore the Best of Our Hometown
DALTON, GA – [August 20, 2025] – Believe Greater Dalton, the community initiative focused on building pride, connection, and opportunity in Greater Dalton, is unveiling two major resources to help locals and visitors experience everything our hometown has to offer: a brand-new, user-friendly website and the Discover Dalton Hike & Bike Pass.
The new Believe Greater Dalton website (www.believegreaterdalton.org) serves as a one-stop hub for strategic initiative updates and insider information on how to live, work, and play in Dalton. In addition to highlighting progress in housing, revitalization, workforce development, education, and community engagement, the site offers practical resources for residents, employers, and investors.
“We know people are proud to live here—but sometimes they don’t know where to start when it comes to getting involved or exploring,” said Anna Adamson, Interim Executive Director for Believe Greater Dalton. “This website brings all of that together in one place, showing not just what we’re building, but how you can be part of it.”
As part of the launch, Believe Greater Dalton has introduced the Discover Dalton Pass, a free digital guide available on the website. The first in the series, the Hike & Bike Pass offers a curated list of local walking trails, hiking routes, and biking paths. Each location includes tips, maps, and information so users can easily discover new outdoor adventures—whether they have an afternoon to explore or just 30 minutes for fresh air.
More passes will be added in the coming months, covering Picnics and Playgrounds, local shopping, and more.
Residents and visitors can download the free Hike & Bike Pass now at www.believegreaterdalton.org. Those who share photos enjoying the pass and tag @believegreaterdalton on social media will be entered to win exclusive Dalton-themed swag.
“We cannot wait to get this tool in your hands,” added Jason Mock, CEO of the Greater Dalton Chamber of Commerce. “It’s about making it easier to love where you live, to discover what’s here, and to feel connected to a community we’re proud to call home.”
